THE E-HOTEL MAKATI, Makati City – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great, with easy access to malls and restaurants, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation, showing water damage and being noisy due to their location facing the main road. The service was friendly and efficient, and the dining was average. The facilities were decent, but the price may not fully justify the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable with everything needed like cable TV, the weak air conditioner made it uncomfortable, especially during Manila's summer heat. The lack of a safety box and proper documentation of valuable items was also concerning. However, the location was convenient, despite being a bit hard to locate at first, and the staff, although friendly, had some room for improvement in service.
